Summer Programs
EM Summer programs are highly recommended for all EM Athletes! Continue to build speed, strength and power for your important upcoming recruiting season and for new EM Academy Athletes, it is a perfect ‘on ramp’ to hit the ground running in August.
juNE AND JULY speed and power session
EM Summer sessions are great for athletes between the ages of 11-13, or 14-18. Beginner athletes will be taken through proper lifting forms, Weightroom etiquette, saftey, and increasing weights. Advanced athletes will be taken through a more modified/enhance performance training to prepare for collegiate sports.

EM Summer sessions are great for athletes between the ages of 8th - 12th grade. Beginner athletes will be taken through fundamental hitting techniques to improve and establish a solid base of hitting knowledge. Advanced athletes will be taken through more advanced hitting performance training to prepare for collegiate sports.

This camp is great for athletes of all ages from 6th grade through 8th grade. Athletes have the option of signing up for both sessions. Each session runs Monday through Thursday from 8AM - 11AM.
