Recruiting conditions have become more challenging than ever with budget cuts, ‘portals’ and ‘bounce-backs’. At EM our coaches work with student athletes and families to match them to collegiate programs that fit them. Coaches also profile each athlete’s skill set and mindset to help them identify options that promotes success in their choice in programs.
